Different from the rest

Browder Electronics uses the most advanced communications technology available to monitor alarm systems around the clock. Our central station is highly fault-tolerant and engineered to rigorous standards that meet or exceed all industry requirements. We use two independent generators to back up all monitoring equipment in our reinforced, fire-resistant communication center. Even in the event of a total power failure, we continue to provide prompt responses to your customers' alarms.

We use Manitou software from Bold Technologies, Ltd., which can help improve efficiency and improve response time. Manitou is compatible with Windows(r)-based applications and can automatically respond to assigned signals and alarms by sending e-mail messages, faxes and text messages. The software also allows you and your clients to generate reports that can be viewed online or with a personal digital assistant (PDA) or smartphone.

Beyond Standard Monitoring

Two way voice monitoring allows two-way communication with our central station through your customers' alarm system. With two-way voice, your clients can provide important information to our operators from anywhere in their homes or businesses without having to locate a phone. Internet monitoring allows alarm signals to be transmitted on the internet as well as over private networks, enabling you to support customers who have switched to broadband service from traditional (pots) telephone lines.

Remote Video Monitoring

Our video monitoring services enable you to provide clients with visual verification of events that trigger alarms. In addition to the standard digital signal, our central station can receive video showing what activated the alarm - information that can be used for identification, documentation or tracking.

Details of what caused the alarm trip are used by special services operators to dispatch the appropriate authorities and provide additional information if needed. In addition, your clients can set specific criteria to modify dispatches based on what is viewed.
